My 30 day challenge is to be less of a pessimist and be more positive. I will reach this goal by not using bad language such as "shut up" or "get lost".
Nice thirty day challenge! You could of extended the part on how you'll reach your goal adding in something like this: "instead of saying bad language like "shut up" or "get lost", I would say nice words like "thank you", or "hello". Why did you choose the goal to be more optimistic? Good luck with your challenge.

This is an interesting challenge. I do not see you as a pessimist. Are you going to replace the negative language with more positive language?
