My thirty day challenge is too walk or run for an hour n half on the treadmill. The reason I want to do that challenge is because I do not run or walk enough (other than soccer on mon. and wed.) so to get more active. I would like to run on the treadmill for the thirty day challenge.

ReplyDeleteYou want to walk or run three miles a day? I might be wrong but that is alot of steps. Why is this your goal? How will you complete this goal? Well at least you got the goal.
