My thirty day challenge
My challenge is to exersice everyday for just 1 hour and eat healthy. I wont eat junk food like chips or chocolate.
I am going to reach this goal by going outside and playing sports or just going for a run once a day and limit the amount of junk food I eat.
I chose this goal because I believe that its important to exersice and eat healthy for your personal health.
How will you reach these goals? What is your plan?
ReplyDeleteNice goal, but have you thought about the definition for eating healthy in your goal? Do you mean eat less junkfood, eating more fruits and vegetables, or not skip lunch? If you don't have a firm definition of your goal you can easily bend your goal. A good example is eating pizza because it has the four food groups. Good luck on your goals.
